Outside are cobblestone alleyways, artisan shops, osterias, and the bell tower marking the hours. Everything just a few steps away, everything within walking distance. You step out without a destination and return with warm bread, fresh flowers, and a story heard at the shop.
Inside, the Villa is a quiet haven. Light walls, linen, antique wood, exposed stone, and wrought iron: a few elements, chosen so that the light does the rest. The windows frame rooftops and views like small paintings, different in every room and at every hour of the day.
At the center lies the living room, overlooking the inner courtyard—the heart of the home, and the place where, naturally, people come together. Here, stories are shared, bottles are uncorked, dinner plans are made, and conversations flow while evening falls outside. Then the village grows silent, only footsteps on stone remain, and coming back inside becomes the best moment of the day.

- Check-in: from 16:00
- Early check-in: on request in advance, subject to availability
- Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
- Late check-out: on request, subject to availability and possible supplement
- Check-in without keys: access with code
- Payment: credit card or bank transfer (with bank transfer: 30% deposit for confirmation, balance 60 days before)
- Cancellation: free of charge up to 60 days before
- Date changes: possible subject to availability and written confirmation, with possible rate adjustment
- Breakfast not available
- Events: not permitted
- Animals: allowed subject to prior notification
- Extra cleaning: entire house or rooms, on request and against payment
- Your stay can be enriched with experiences and services organized upon request: a private chef, cooking classes, food and wine experiences, cultural visits, hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, cycling, boat tours, a DJ, and chauffeur services.
